  1. How do you think these images affect the way blacks feel about themselves?

I think they feel sad because people are always talking about them

  2. I think that is messed up because it is a disgrace to the African American reace. Like when the monkeys had like black ink like thing and they came around like that. I think that the images are offensive. Why I think that is because in the video they have black people with light lips and big lips.

  3. Do you find these images offensive? Why or why not?
yes,I do think these images are offensive because the charcters in the video were all black and I didn’t spot any white people to me it seems like they were making black people out of a joke like they are not human beings and I think that black’s are very upset when they watch this video.

  4. 2) Do you find these images offensive? Why or why not?

I find it offensive because the whole thing was all about black folks. It also seem like they were trying to make blacks look homeless, ghetto, greedy, and try to make them seem like they want to be white, I think this is not fair and they made dem in a cartoon. Some of the cartoon put black stuff on there face. They did it because whites put it on there face to imate blacs it was called black face.
    luv taytay ❤

  5. I think these affect the way blacks feel about themself because the types of images that they used in this video was bad and it is showing that blacks only like chicken and watermelon which is not relly ture.

  6. Every image sticks with me in this video. The images that stick with me the most are the images of black women. Every black women is either viewed as a cook or some type of house maid it really is racial.Another thing is that in any cartoon they are showed as very big. I mean come on why do we have to be the ones u depend on. These image are offensive and very racial. Another thing is people cant make a joke just we have very big beutiful lips. I think this video is too racial. I vciew it has people trying to be as natural and betiful as us African Americans. We are as natural as it comes.

  7. Do you find these images offensive? Why or Why not?

I do find these images offensive. These images shows that Blacks dont have enough common sense. They show that we are only good for working jobs for whites. This is sad becuase I think Blacks are smarter than whites even though they stayed quiet.

  8. YES, I DO FIND THESE IMAGES OFFENSIVE BECAUSE THE WAY THAT THEY EXPOSE BLACK PEOPLE TO THE INTERNET IS WRONG. THEY USE IMAGES OF LITTLE CHILDREN/GIRLS AS PEOPLE WITH A REALLY BLACK FACE AND PIGTAILS POINTED TO THE TOP OF THEIR HEADS. THEY EXPOSE BLACK WOMEN AS REALLY FAT WITH BIG BUTTIES AND BLACK MEN AS SHOE SHINERS SHINNING ANOTHER BLACK MANS FEET. SO TO ME WHOEVER PUT TOGETHER THOSE SHOWS WERE SAYING WE WERE TOO BLACK TO HAVE SHOES TO GET SHINED. AND FOR THE BLACK PEOPLE WHO ARE JUDGING THEIR OWN KIND LOOK IN THE MIRROR BECAUSE WE ALL LOOK ALIKE … STEREOTYPES ARE SO SAD

  9. this film shows me that we were treated wrong back in the day. how when a caucasion person was dancing, actingn,or something else they would turn the caucasion face into a negro face.in this film they also showed a MONKEY.that affends me alot because they making it seem like something is wrong with our culture.and we all came from the same place.it is also crazy how they would turn a caucasion face into a negro face everytime a caucasion person started to act unusual.that is how i feel about this film.

  10. I find all these images offensive. Being a child of African decent I take in the racial images that are being exposed. These images are saying or expressing that all African – Americans eat watermelon and fried chicken. All Africans are not the same. The images are showing AFrican – Americans puting on a show for master, entertaining the whites making the blacks feel inferior. It’s quite disturbing to think about what my ancestors struggled through for us to get where we are today. It also makes me up set how they degrade woman. Making the woman seem like prostitutes or picanninies. This is what I experienced from this video clip

  11. I do find these very very very offensive.Because in this video you see the people looking sick and not in good condition. So yes I do find this offenisve.I am so mad. But good job Mr. Farrow on the website. And they have a monkey with the face of a black person.

  12. it is offensive to because they are trying to say we are stupid and we dont know how to do anything the right way.

  13. I think that these are not offensive because we are who we are if we like fried chicken then we like fried chicken and if we like watermelon we like watermelon that is just the way we are.

  14. This video was beyond that thin line between stereotype and racism. It’s maybe 5 million light years away from that line. It make no sense that people that run our country do what they did. They made black people look incompetent and barbaric. Whoever watches video and is black. My warning is don’t turn it into a racist thing. This isn’t a racist thing they did that while we were living and doing thing with them. They thought making our race stupid for the enjoyment and pleasure that they wanted. It’s dispicable, grotesque and uncivilized.

  15. I don’t get it. What made whites feel that African Americans were not people. we have the same body parts, w can do the same things. though our skin is darker if you think about it from the heat and ultra violet rays of Africa’s heat we need our skin to be darker to protect us from our skin being burned. what made them feel they are better because they are lighter. Haven’t they heard the blacker the berry the sweeter the juice. It’s a true statement. Also how do they teach the Africans That Jesus was a white man. Jesus being born in a part of Africa and his family being from there would prove right there that Jesus had to be African american if he was not then the sun would have damaged his skin. I don’t know think about it what do you think?
